Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by The Gong Bar are subject to the following terms:
- Gift cards can be used as payment for any products available on our website.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards do not expire.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
- Gift cards are issued in GBP (£) and can only be redeemed in GBP.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- The Gong Bar reserves the right to cancel a gift card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Gift cards are not transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.
- Any unused balance will remain on the gift card for future purchases.
- Gift cards are not covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a product return, but are subject to applicable UK consumer law.
