Processing Times
As all of our products are made to order, please allow additional time for your item to be crafted before it is dispatched. Estimated production times will be displayed on each product page. We'll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates only and delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after you receive your dispatch notification.
Lost or Delayed Shipments

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to take responsibility for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
